Tiffany's Motel/Condotel is composed of 49 total units, 2 separate buildings, each with it's own pool & elevator, and outdoor showers available for every guest. These units are offered as nightly, and weekly rentals, but may also be used as long term rentals or full time by the owners. Each unit is deeded separately, however the common area is owned by the HOA.
